Plus545 Network in association with New Horizon ICT Club has conducted 'Short movie Skills and Interaction' program at New Horizon School, Butwal on May 19, 2017. The network comprising of youth film makers, leaders and change makers interacted with students and youths from various education institutions inside Rupandehi district to explore the various aspects of short film making and multimedia advocacy. "The training cum interaction program has trained more than 50 students from multiple schools of Rupandehi." said trainer Ashesh Bhandari, who is a young film maker and founder of plus545 Network. "We take this event as the first step of many future filmmakers and media advocates", he added. The participating teams are expected to prepare their short movies on 'Save Water, Save Life' video competition 2017 as a translation of the acquired skills into practice. "The Video Making Competition(VMC) is a continuation of our VMC series since 2016 to encourage Nepalese youths towards film making" said Abhishek Gyawali, one of the members of VMC judge panel.
